Right now I feel these works represent me the most. My practice has moved through many forms, from 35mm darkroom to large format, from digital workflows to bookmaking and 3D modeling. In the end I realized that the simplest and most straightforward images are the ones that stay with me. A photograph is just a photograph. If it feels beautiful to you, then it is a good photograph. This is how I think at this moment and it will probably keep changing as I live and learn.
My parents do not agree. They think my photos look terrible, too lonely, and that no one is smiling. Maybe they are right. But the world already has more than enough sad pictures. I still remember that photography began with joy.

此刻，我覺得這些作品最能代表我。我的創作歷程經過許多形式，從暗房35mm到大畫幅，從數位到製書與3D建模。最後我發現，最簡單、最直接的影像，往往停留得最久。一張照片就是一張照片。若你覺得它美，那就是一張好照片。這只是我此刻的想法，隨著生活與學習，它們或許會不斷改變。
當然，我的父母並不同意。他們說我的照片看起來很糟、太孤單，沒有人在笑。或許這是真的，但世界上已經有太多悲傷的照片。我記得，攝影最初是帶著喜悅開始的。
