I'm not sure if anyone still visits personal websites in 2025.
Not sure a website is even useful anymore.
I keep this page simple. No list of exhibitions, awards, or collections.
Just a few words, so you know who you're looking at.
But you clicked "about" and you're here. Thank you.
I'm glad we've met.
Formally
Visiting Professor of Photography and Video, Cleveland Institute of Art
MFA in Photography and Related Media, Rochester Institute of Technology
BA in Studio Arts, Cleveland State University
Informally
I like lakes and the sea. So I take photos and make books.
I like waves and trees. So I make videos and field recordings, often with musicians.
I like looking closely at things. So I also work in 3D.
Teaching photography, video, and 3D is my day job.
I also do commercial and editorial work. If you need a photographer, reach out.
I'm bald, so I wear hats a lot. Not trying to be rude.
Before photography, I was a dim sum chef. I still cook well.

Thank you for visiting.
If you're ever in Cleveland or Columbus, let me know.
Coffee's on me.
